Doubleroom in beautiful 2-bed home

Hey!

Im looking for a flatmate to share this lovely 2-bed flat off Leabridge road.
It's a 5 minute cycle to Clapton. 10 minute walk to Leabridge station.
Many shops and the Bus stop that goes through Clapton and all the way to central London is a 5 minute walk away.
Super nice and calm flat with lovely wooden floorboards throughout.
It's a very quiet road and has the Jubilee park and Hackney marshes close by.

It's not a party house at all but up for an occasional dinner/inviting a couple friends around for food. It's important to me to keep this a tidy and clean home, looking for someone who enjoys a nice home/home making as well.
Im traveling a lot for work but when at home I really enjoy cooking, reading and a good balance between privacy and hanging out together :)
