Upstairs room is a bright, furnished double with just as much space for a desk and TV.
You will have your own fridge and bathroom!

🚆- 5 minute walk to Lea Bridge station which takes you to Tottenham hale or Stratford in 5 minutes.
🚌 - 15 minute bus to Walthamstow Central or Leyton Station
🛒 - Aldi 5 minutes down the road and lots of Corner shops and cafes with 2 local pubs 5 minutes away!

If you like walking or cycling there are plenty of near by stops with Hackney Marshes, Walthamstow Wetlands and Leyton Jubilee Park on vour door step!

Flatmates:
You will be living with two housemates. The remaining housemate works a mix of working from home/office. They love a drink at the pub and are open and friendly.

Rent is £734 pcm per person
Council tax band D
Electricity and Gas are on a Smart Meter so varies but around £50 pm. Wifi is £12.50 pm.
