Transport links are good with Lee train station a 4 minute walk away. This gives you access to London Bridge in 15 minutes and to Charing Cross and Cannon Street in 25 minutes. There are 4 bus routes, 1 minute away.

There is off-street parking available (parking permit needed).

The local amenities: co-op, coffee shop, take-aways, barbers, greasy spoon, pharmacy, restaurants and 3 decent local pubs a 5 minute walk away. There is a large Sainsbury in Lee Green. Blackheath is close, full of restaurants, and green space. Greenwich Village is a bus ride away.
