We’re offering a bright and spacious double room in our cosy 2-bedroom flat, shared with two friendly people—a quiet adult and a respectful teenager. The flat is in a small, secure building with only three flats total, so it feels more like a house than a flat, with just six easy steps to the entrance. The room is ideal for someone independent and tidy.

You’ll have access to the bathroom and your private bedroom. Please note that the living room is not for shared use, and we prefer minimal use of the kitchen. We also have a friendly cat living in the flat, so it’s best if you’re comfortable around pets.

If you’re able to bring your own amenities—such as a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, or kettle—we’re happy to reduce the rent by £50- £75. The flat is just a 7-minute walk from both Grove Park and Lee train stations, with direct trains reaching Central London (London Bridge) in only 17 minutes. There’s also a bus stop right outside the building for added convenience. The area is peaceful and well-connected, with a Co-op, post office, several vets, takeaways, a beautiful park, a GP, large Sainsbury’s, and a local primary school all within walking distance.
