It is a cosy bright room with 2 large windows onto the pedestrian walkway Newport Court. Right in the middle of all the action, the flat is situated on the 2nd floor of a building midway down the pedestrian walkway Newport Court, just off Charing Cross Road and also off Gerrards Place and up from the Leicester Square Underground station.

The walls are all white with a durable modern hardwearing floor, there are venetian blinds on the windows.
Heating and secondary glazing. Furnished with white furniture, double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Freeview has been installed to view on a 32 inch screen which is wall mounted.

There is a small communal lounge area. Shared kitchen and bathroom. NO en suite available.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance before you move in.
