Lovely double room in family house

Lovely double room in family house . Just round the corner from the beautiful park Hilly Fields . It is 10 - 15 minutes walk from 3 stations , Lewisham , Brockley & Ladywell , all in zone 2 , providing quick & easy access into the city & East London. Shops and , restaurants are 10 minutes walk with a corner shop, laundrette, shop and cafe just round the corner. It is a big house with big kitchen, big living room and two good size bathrooms, washing machine and dryer. We are friendly and welcoming & the bedroom advertised is set back a bit from the other rooms , a quiet space to relax & sleep .
I am an illustrator and also work in London Universities. It is a cosy , arty house . I have a 14 year old son & a 25 year old daughter who both live here . I also have a 22 year old daughter at university who stays here during the holidays . The neighbours are very quiet . The room would suit both professionals and students . We have 2 cats & we might be getting a dog. There might be an opportunity for a reduction in rent for dog sitting / walking sometimes.
