Clean and tidy house and garden. Lewisham station, DLR and National Rail, five minutes walk, along with supermarkets, stalls market and shopping centre. Swimming pool and gym very close by.
The room is a small room (8ft x 9ft), so if you have lots of belongings then it's not for you. The girls keep the house in very clean and respectable condition, so you must be willing to contribute to the cleaning. No excuses. We don't allow bikes or scooters of any sort in the house, or going through the house.
Current tenants are Chinese and Polish and very nice and quiet people. No students.
