Double room with private bathroom

We have a double room available and are looking for a new flatmate!

A little bit about us...we're both sociable and into fitness (we've got a gym 2 minutes from the house which is handy) but very much enjoy chilling during the week.

James works in the music industry and I work in marketing. We both work part time from home and part time in the office (usually office 2 days a week and home the other 3).

The flat is split across 2 floors and there's 2 big bathrooms. I love interiors and have spent the last 2 years buying a silly amount of plants to fill the flat.

We've got amazing transport links - trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Canon St and Victoria going regularly from Lewisham Station (+ DLR to Bank).

Both love food, like cooking and going out for meals. Our fave pastime in lockdown was the morning walk around Blackheath and Greenwich park before work - we love having so much green space on the doorstep.

Bills are £150 a month - this includes council tax, TV license, water, energy, Sky TV and internet, Netflix and Amazon TV (yes, we like TV).

We're looking for someone easy to get along with, ideally that has some similar interests. We keep the house clean and would want to live with someone who is also on that wavelength!
