We are a couple of young proffesionals (male and female) and flat owners leaving in one of the bedrooms. We work 9-5, sometimes weekends as well. We travel a lot so not home all the time. To give heads up before viewing:
The flat is located on quite street so there is no car noise but there is a rail track nearby and you can hear trains passing by. Its not very disturbing as these stop at night but you need to get used to the noise.
