IDEAL HOUSE MATE:
We are looking for someone who is looking for a home. The ideal house mate is someone who is tidy, clean and organised, does not smoke or vape at all, and knows the etiquettes of living with other people, relax personality and sociable.

ABOUT THE ROOM and THE HOUSE:
We have 2 rooms available.

Room 1 is the extra large ensuite double room. Available from 1 June 2025.

Room 2 is an extra large double room with shared shower. You will normally share the shower with only one other person. Available from 15 June 2025.

It is a bright and huge double room. It has plenty of double sockets and has clean, high quality and soft carpets.

All rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, side table with lamp, cabinet and chest of drawers. The furniture are high quality and fitted with wheels, making the room adaptable to how you wish to lay it out.

There are 3 modern and large bathrooms/ shower rooms in the property.

The house is equipped with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Broadband - Wifi, Virgin TV, Large Modern Kitchen, and Large Garden. It is renovated and modernised to a high standard. It looks clean and fantastic. It is well maintained by a professional cleaner who comes in weekly to clean the communal areas. For the price, location and type of house mates, this is a real deal.

The road is situated in a quiet residential road and it is 2 minutes walk away from small grocery stores and restaurants which open until late.

The house is in between 2 stations so you have a choice to either take Lewisham station or Hither Green station.

Greenwich Rail Station - 2 minutes
Charring Cross - 16 minutes
London Bridge - 10 minutes

There are also plenty of buses to go all around London.

Along Lewisham High Street, located are some of the popular stores like Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx, Primark, BHS, Argos, Boots, Sainsburys and many more. In the same street, there are stalls operated by local market traders that sell very good quality goods at very low prices. There is also a Soho Gym on the same road.

Lewisham Hospital (NHS Trust) is just around the corner on Lewisham High Street.

The property also has the convenience of a dental surgery close by on Belmont Park.

High street banks are also within a few minutes walk from the property, specifically HSBC, Barclays, Natwest, Halifax, and etc.

There are plenty of recreational areas within close walking distance from the property such as Manor Park which is within 5 minutes walking distance.

Beside Lewisham station, there is a 24 hours Tesco store where you can drop by before heading home.
