The room is suitable for couples or someone renting on their own (I’ve shared with both previously)

Solo price £1130.
Bills for house are currently around £320 and would be split per person (of course this slightly varies depending on time of year)


Move in date is from 1 September (flexible)

NEED
- be in full time permanent employment (sorry my landlord does not allow students)
- no pets
- clean & tidy

ME
Lauren, 35 and from Northern Ireland.. I travel a fair bit with my job- usually about one week a month (sometimes more sometimes less) .
I work from home 2 days a week (in the living room) and in the office the rest of the week.

Love music, cooking, travelling, running & generally chilled person

YOU
I am looking for a person/couple who are relaxed, respectful, clean & tidy. Most definitely not a party house.

THE FLAT
The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Lewisham station, in a block of modern flats. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (your room is a lot larger and would have an en-suite). There is a large living/dining/kitchen / balcony space. And some storage areas in the hallway.
The flat is fully furnished and there really isn’t much room for any other large pieces of furniture - just the items that you want in your room!

Around the flat there is a large Asda a one minute walk away, and a Tesco, Sainsbury’s & m&s within a 7/8 min walk. There are good bus links too. Lewisham shopping centre and high street is just around the corner too.
Located on a main road so feels very safe walking from the station.
I have Netflix, Disney +, prime & Hayu on my fire stick in the living room which you can also use!

THE ROOM
The room is a pretty well sized double with en-suite and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a large double wardrobe.
