We're a couple residing two-bedroom apartment in Lewisham, right across from the Lewisham Fire Station. We're looking to sublet one of the rooms, and the potential tenant is welcome to use the kitchen and bathroom (no living room).
About Room: The room is very spacious with dimensions 2.7m x 5.0m meters and it's fully furnished with bed, mattress, bed side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, study table, chair, TV with firestick and an Alexa device with smart bulb control.
A bit about us: I am Akash, working as an Architect, and my wife is a Dentist. We'd prefer a professional individual.
