SUBLETTING my room for a month 29th July - 4th September. It is a lovely 2-bedroom split-level maisonette in a great spot between Lewisham, Greenwich and Blackheath. The flat has a separate kitchen and living room spread over two floors, lots of natural light, and leafy views overlooking green space.

THE ROOM:
A decent-sized double room with built-in cupboards and plenty of natural light.

THE FLAT:
A bright and spacious split-level maisonette with a separate kitchen and living room. The living room has large southwest-facing windows, a feature fireplace, and lots of space to relax, work from home, or share meals together. There is a bright bathroom with both a bath & shower.
One of the nicest things about living here is the area itself — it’s really quiet, with lots of greenery and open space nearby, while still being incredibly well connected.
It is just a short walk to Elverson Road DLR and Lewisham Station, with easy access to central London.
Greenwich Park, Blackheath and Hilly Fields are all close by, and Brockley Market is within walking distance for Saturday markets if you fancy getting vegetables, etc there. Deptford, Greenwich Village and Blackheath are nearby for cafés, bars, restaurants and nightlife There’s also a big Tesco 5 minutes away and gyms nearby too.
In case you are a cyclist like me - your bike can be left in the corridor there is plenty of space.

ABOUT MY HOUSEMATE:
You would be sharing the flat with my housemate - 30 year old professional illustrator.

I own the flat and I am renting out my room whilst I am away in August.

COSTS:
Rent: £850 per month
Bills are included.

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:
I’m looking for someone respectful, easygoing and considerate who enjoys sharing a home in a friendly and communal way. As it is just the two of us living here, the vibe needs to be right.
The flat would suit someone independent but sociable — someone who enjoys having a chat, sharing the occasional meal or drink together, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.
