Double room in lovely flat in Lewisham :)

I’m looking for someone to fill my room in Lewisham, it’s a great flat, very close to the train station/DLR which is super convenient.

The room is a standard size but the rest of the communal spaces are really big.

This is a queer household and you’ll be sharing with three brilliant housemates! Andy (24), Maisie (30) and Wil (27) - we have house dinners and film nights together but also have busy schedules and are often doing our own things.

The room comes part furnished with a bed, desk and bedside table. It’s a great space, especially for the rent price.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two housemates.

Unfortunately there is no step free access, the flat has three staircases separating different storeys. We try to keep a relatively scent free home and stick to burning incense and candles in our rooms. And the shower is over a bath tub so you need to step into it.

Deposit - £750
Bills are around £100 a month

Available from 24th June but can provide earlier move in if needed.
