A room is available in a friendly and cosy three-bedroom house, ideal for a working professional looking for a clean and relaxed home. This is a joint tenancy flatshare. We are looking forward to have someone move in ideally by 25th July.

The house includes:

- Plenty of storage and cupboard space

Rent & Bills
- £550 per calendar month
- Bills are not included.

Bills are managed by the lead tenant and shared monthly via Splitwise. Estimated total bills per person: approximately £143–£160 per month.

About the housemates
You'll be sharing with two friendly professionals who enjoy a clean, respectful and quiet home. One of the housemates is in hospitality industry and another is a teacher. We all value each other's privacy but are happy to have a chat now and then.

- Around a 15-minute walk to the nearest train station (Hither Green, Catford, Ladywell)
- Excellent bus links within a 5-minute walk, including routes 136, 47, 202, 185, 181 and 225, with easy access to Lewisham, Catford and surrounding areas.
- Tesco express and Co-op are nearby.
- Close to Catford Market and Lewisham Market, with plenty of local shops and amenities nearby.
