My current flatmate is moving out to be closer to work so I am looking to for another lovely girlie to join a cosy, 2 bedroom flat in Lewisham!

A bit about me: I’m Peace, 25, working as a doctor. I enjoy travelling, going out for food, going for walks and having fun on nights out. I also enjoy sofa days, watching whatever is trending on tiktok or indulging in a bit of Love island. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, very clean as well as someone who values a warm and safe space. Due to the nature of my job, I’m out for a large portion of the day (and nights sometimes haha) but I am still hoping to be friends with who I’m living with and ideally you’ll be a similar age to me 💓

* 10 min walk to Hither Green Station // 15 min bus journey to Lewisham Station

* 5 min walk to local Coop or Tesco Express plus other corner shops

* 10 min walk to Lewisham Hospital

* 3 min walk to Mountsfield Park, lovely huge green park with a cafe and beautiful view overlooking London skyscrapers

* Lots of gyms and pilates studios nearby as well as independent coffee shops

* Permit on-street parking

* Spacious double bedroom with a wall-length built in wardrobe (otherwise comes unfurnished)

* Rent £1,000 + bills (approx £200)

* Plenty of space for a desk for the WFHers

* VERY spacious living room - pictures don’t even do it justice! Very ideal for having friends round or hosting <33

* Separate kitchen with a combi wash dryer and dishwasher. Lots of cupboard storage space!

* Very friendly neighbours who accept and bring in your parcels

* Very supportive, easy-going and communicative landlord

Earliest move in from the 31st July but I’m happy to be flexible until September as finding the right person is much more important to me than filling the room quickly🫂. I’m reasonably flexible for viewings too! Please send me a message if you’re interested x
