Beautiful room close to Lewisham station

Hi, I have a room available at my house, close to Lewisham station and the DLR. It is a double room in the house; it is only two people in the house. He is 40, and I am 33; we both work long hours in hospitality, so we are not actually at home much. It is a 3-bedroom house with a garden and a living room. We don't have pets, and we don't smoke. We are looking for someone quiet because it is not a party house. We are really clean and tidy. Sadly, our current flatmate is coming back to Spain, so we are looking for someone to replace her. We are looking for someone to stay for a long period.
