Looking for someone to take over a room in our 2-bed, 1-bath flat in Lewisham, move-in between mid-September and 1st October. ✨flexible✨

A bit about the flat:
• 5 min walk to Lewisham DLR and mainline station (zone 2, easy access to central London, 20 mins to Canary Wharf, 15 mins to London Bridge)
• Concierge for parcels - no more missed deliveries
Rent: £1,050pcm
Bills: approx £200–250pcm on top
Room: Included pictures of the letting agent pictures and current state, my old flatmate has said they are happy to leave the desk and draws if preferred 🙂‍↕️

I’m pretty easygoing, happy to socialise (cinema, gym, pub trip, the odd run) or just do my own thing. Big matcha drinker, and I’ve got a fair few Jellycats and cacti dotted around the flat! Work in finance, but I tend to wfh 2-3 days per week🐰🌵
