ABOUT THE ROOM and THE HOUSE:

A bright, extra-large double room with a private bathroom containing both a shower and a bathtub, so there’s no need to share bathing facilities. The room is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.

The flat has a washing machine, fridge/freezer and Wi-Fi. Residents also have access to the building’s cinema room, gym, rooftop, gardening room and study rooms.

There’s a shopping mall nearby and a large Tesco about two minutes away. The flat is close to Lewisham High Street and Lewisham Shopping Centre, with shops including M&S, TK Maxx, Primark, Boots, Sainsbury’s and Argos. Lewisham Market also has stalls run by local traders.

Lewisham Station is around a three-minute walk, and Elverson Road Station is another nearby option. There are also plenty of bus routes serving the area.
