I’m looking for a student to take over my room at Vita Student Lewisham from October 2026 until 10 July 2027.
The room is located on the 30th floor and has a private bedroom and private bathroom within a shared cluster apartment. You would share the kitchen and communal areas with the other students in the cluster, making it a great option if you enjoy having your own private space while still living in a social environment.

Vita Student services and facilities include bi-weekly housekeeping, weekday breakfast, 250 MB internet, open-use bikes, weekly resident events, fully equipped gym, 24/7 CCTV and secure key-fob access.

The room is already vacant and available for takeover immediately, subject to Vita Student’s Contract Takeover approval and completion.
