I’m looking for a student to take over my Classic Studio at Vita Student Lewisham Exchange, London.

Available from early or mid-November 2026 until 28 August 2027. The start date is negotiable, but the takeover must cover the remaining term. No short lets.

Asking price: £340 per week, negotiable. Final contractual rent and payment arrangements are subject to confirmation with Vita.

The furnished, 15 m² studio is on the 16th floor, facing south, with plenty of natural light and lovely views. It includes a double bed, private bathroom, private kitchen, desk, wardrobe and Smart TV.

Utility bills, weekday breakfast and housekeeping every two weeks are included. The building has 24-hour reception and security, a gym, study areas and an on-site laundry room.

Lewisham DLR and railway stations are nearby. Goldsmiths is approximately a 25-minute walk away, with Sainsbury’s, an Asian supermarket and Lewisham Shopping Centre close by.

I’m the current tenant, so there is no agency fee. I’m willing to cover the £50 takeover fee, subject to Vita confirming the charge.

The takeover must be arranged through Vita and is subject to their approval and student eligibility requirements.

Council Tax: eligible full-time students are exempt, subject to student-status requirements.
