The house benefits from two bathrooms, modern kitchen and shared living space.

The kitchen comes with all appliances, which include a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

There is a large garden at the rear, which is useful for smokers as this is a non-smoking house internally.

There is a cleaner that is provided once every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

The only items you need to supply yourself are pillows, duvet, bed sheets and own bath towel(s), everything else you could need is provided by the landlord.
