3 toilets, 1 per floor with a kitchen and a dining room on the ground floor. Sizeable garden with plenty of local green spaces, Jubilee Park, Hackney Marshes, Olympic Park, etc. Stratford City centre 25 minutes, Whipps Cross hospital 30 minutes by walking distance.

Professionals and students welcome. This room is for females preferred, as I am a single Muslim mother and daughter.

Pork and Alcohol are not allowed inside the house. You can use the kitchen to cook vegetables, fish, rice, etc, but meat and chicken only if Halal. Smoking is allowed only in the back garden. Security deposit to be 1 week of rent.

Please note that due to the high cost of utilities bills arising, but all the bills are included for those who are working outside during the day. But if you are working from home during the day, additional cost will be added if you are working from home to cover extra electricity bills that you will be using for work purpose.
