There is a new kitchen and bathroom fitted, a separate living room and garden that you would be able to use. The cost would be £20 per day depending on how many days are required. I am a professional woman in the mid 30s and would prefer someone who is tidy and clean, but doesn't mind socialising in the evening every so often.
