Single room sharing with family

I have a single room in a 4 bedroom house to let.

We are a family made up of Mum and two children (11 and 14). Children live in the property half the time as spend the rest of the time with their Dad. We have a cat.

The home has lots of space - large kitchen/dining room, living room and small garden. You will be on the top floor of the house and share the bathroom with my young people. They only live with me every other week and are very respectful and used to having a lodger. The ground floor would be shared by us all.

Location is great - v close to Leyton tube and Stratford, with the Olympic Park and Westfield a short walk away.

I am a professional working full-time. I have an active social life with and without my children. Would like someone to move in who is comfortable sharing the space with me and the kids when they are here.
