We are looking for a lodger in our recently refurbished large, 5 bedroom Victorian house.
You'll have the large master bedroom (4.7m x 3.5m), with its own ensuite and superking size bed.
The only other occupants of the house are the couple that owns it.
We're looking for a clean and tidy professional.
We are super conveniently located (a 4-minute walk to Leyton Central Line Tube Station) and a convenient distance to Whipps Cross, for any medical professionals.
The 5-bedroom house has a spacious double living/dining room, large kitchen, and good sized garden - all of which we encourage you to use!
We have two cats (Lemon and Yuzu) who are lovely and super friendly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from people with pets.
Stated rent is exclusive of bills and council tax (currently ~£136).
