Hi there!

I’m looking for a friendly new flatmate to join me in my lovely home. The room is bright, modern, and fully furnished, with a comfy double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a brand-new wardrobe.

- £1,200 per month (all bills including council tax are included)
- £1,200 one-month deposit

Location: Leyton (North East London – Zone 3)
Great transport links! You can get to central London easily, with several stations within a 10-minute bus ride:

- Leyton (Central Line)
- St James Street (Overground)
- Blackhorse Road (Victoria Line)
- Stratford (all major connections)

Bus stops are just a few minute’s walk away from the flat and there are great cycle routes nearby too.

I’m Claire, and I work 9–5:30 as a digital product designer. I mostly work from home, so I’m ideally looking for someone who works hybrid or from the office most days, as it helps keep things nice and quiet while I’m working. That said, I’m flexible, so please don’t let that stop you from reaching out if you think we’d be a good fit.

I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful, and I like to live with someone similar. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, as well as a mix of downtime at home, watching a good series or going out to catch up with friends, visiting markets, or attending the occasional gig or gallery.
