Double room in a stylish house with garden

Hi there! I am looking for a friendly new housemate for a double room in my 2 bedroom house, to move in by 1st May.

The room is large, bright with two bay windows and comes with a huge wardrobe, small open wardrobe/hanging area and a double bed.

£1100 bills inc.

You will be living with myself, a 39-year-old art director who works in advertising and my lovely labradoodle dog Barkley. I am into the arts, culture, gigs, fashion, nature, dogs, walking, day trips and yoga. My party days are pretty much behind me now, but I still like to socialise and enjoy the odd night out on occasions. I work full-time and have a pretty busy schedule, so I go to bed about 10 pm on weeknights since I need to wake up early for work.

I'm looking for a working professional with a full-time job who has a similar vibe to myself.

The house is a two-bedroom terrace house that has just been refurbished with a modern bathroom and has a large open-plan kitchen leading onto a sunny south-facing garden. There is also a separate living room in front of the house.

The kitchen is brand new and has a dishwasher, washing machine and large double fridge.

I am very happy to mingle with my housemate and share plans on occasion, but I am also content to live independently.
