I have a double room available for rent in a 2-bedroom maisonette. You will only be sharing the flat with one female. I am seeking a mature, professional individual who is very clean and tidy. The kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and living room are all shared spaces.

The flat is conveniently located near local shops and a supermarket, all within walking distance. Bus stops are also nearby. The flat is in the Bakers Arms area, with the nearest stations being Walthamstow, Leyton Midland, and Leyton. All bills and Wi-Fi are included. I do not own a pet but some times I help my son with his small dog.

A deposit of £250 is required, along with one month's rent in advance. The rent is £1000 per month. This is for single occupant. For couple it’s £1,200.00.
