The house is in a quiet zone of Leyton, though it is 5 minutes walking distance from Leyton midland overground station.

You can reach the central line either walking within 25 mins or with buses in few minutes. With the central line you can reach central London in 15 minutes, Stratford center in 5 minutes where you have access to jubilee line and DRL.
Leisure Center, Tesco Superstore, pubs, restaurant and take aways are just around the corner. Abbios Park and the center are all in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
If you like outdoor activities, Abbots Park is within 3 minutes walking distance.
