Hey! We're Ed and Ashar, two mates looking for a third to join our freshly renovated 3-bed home in Leyton, East London (E10). If you’re after a place that feels like home—not just a spot to sleep—we've got you covered.

🛏️ The Room:
It’s a spacious double, newly revamped with plush carpet, a comfy bed, stylish furniture (double wardrobe with drawers, bedside table), and toasty new radiators. Loads of storage. Loads of space. Move in and make it your own.

🏡 The House:
The house is BIG and full of charm—with some quirks still being ironed out (we’re keeping it real). You’ll get:
A generous living space with all the streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, Apple TV—yes, we’re enablers).
A garden with BBQ and seating for chill summer evenings.
A proper kitchen with all the essentials: large fridge/freezer, washing machine + tumble dryer, gas hob, oven, microwave, air fryer.
A basement for extra storage.
A brand new bathroom that actually makes morning showers enjoyable.
A dartboard, because why not?

📍 The Location:
Leyton Tube (Central Line) is just a 5-minute walk, so you can be in:
Liverpool Street in 20 minutes, Hackney Wick in 30 minutes on foot (or 10 on a bike if you're keen)

👋 Who You'll Be Living With:
Ed – Film & TV editor, sporty, social, and very partial to a pint and a pub quiz.
Ashar – Economist in the civil service, politically engaged, footy fan, and always up for a good convo over a drink.

We’re easygoing, friendly, and looking for someone who’s chill, tidy and keen to be part of a warm, social home—not just a lodger. Open to both male and female tenants! Rent is £750/month – bills not included.
