Room to rent East London

We're renting out our lovely spare room in Leyton.

The space is avaible for an initial three month period, with the potential to extend after.

The room is a generous double bedroom, and there is a separate room to work with a desk if needed. The property has two bathrooms, a living room, a study, a lovely kitchen, and a garden.

We're in a great area (in our opinion), only 5-10 minutes to Leyton Midland, near Walthamstow Village, a 15 min walk to Walthamstow Central, and you can get the bus into Hackney/Dalston or down to Leyton underground. There are loads of pubs, and great places to eat near us, it's a lovely area and well connected.

Kitchen/living areas are well equipped and a lovely space to be.

About us:

We’re an easy-going couple Charlie works 9-5 typically 3 days in the office 2 days from home. I work in hospitality so mainly out during the day. We love cooking, going to the pub and checking out the latest new opening in the area.
