The flat has a light open-plan living/kitchen/dining space which is ideal for dinner guests as well as cosy nights in with the TV. There is a large bathroom and a separate loo. The double bedroom comes unfurnished with a large built in wardrobe. We have a huge private roof terrace with a bbq!

The building is really quiet, we rarely hear the neighbours, and the flat is peaceful with barely any traffic noise. There is secure bike storage available. Landlords are responsive and quick to fix things with no fuss.

Well connected with good bus options to Hackney, we are 15 minutes walk from Leyton tube, and 10 mins walk from Leyton midland road.

There are loads of great cafes, shops and pubs nearby with a food market every Saturday on Francis Road.


👭 The Flatmates 💕

We are both in our early/mid 30s. We have our own busy lives but also love a flat meal or weekend jaunt. This isn’t a party flat, we like a peaceful home to come back to, but of course make the most of the living space by having friends over. Emma is in the office 2-3 days a week and Molly mainly works from home. Our interests include books, sauna, yoga, pubs, and all kinds of creative pursuits. The most important thing for us is finding someone who’s a good fit and feels at home here.
