Cosy Double Room in Leyton

It’s in a very cosy, south facing, two bed flat 5 minutes from Leyton underground station and a short bus ride to Stratford.

You would be moving in with me (Theo), filling in for my flatmate and bestie, whom I've lived with for five years (uni and then later when we both moved to London).

The bedroom itself is medium sized and you probably have enough floor space to do some yoga.
The living room/kitchen is pretty spacious and well equipped with two fridges and and a freezer.
We are a tidy, chill, sociable, and welcoming house.
Rent is £810 (including bills).

Accessibility wise there’s a couple of steps before the entrance, followed by a flight of stairs to access the flat.
