Cosy Double Room in Leyton

It’s in a very cosy, south facing, two bed flat 5 minutes from Leyton underground station and a short bus ride to Stratford.

You would be moving in with my flatmate and bestie of 11 years, Sean. We've lived together in two increments for a total of 6 years, first in Cambridge, then in London.

The bedroom itself is medium size, bright and facing the back gardens, peaceful and quiet. I's closest to the bathroom. It's furnished with a double bed, a desk which folds out and in, with storage space + a screen you can connect your laptop to; a shelf for books or reading you might have; a very spacious cupboard; a bedside table; and a rolling shutter and alarm clock (plus some artwork on the walls for your enjoyment).

The living room/kitchen is pretty spacious and well equipped: The living room and kitchen is bright, south facing and has both a table, sofa and TV + blue ray dvd player, a large freezer and two small fridges, an air fryer, a coffee grinder and a four-lane toaster.

We are a tidy, chill, sociable house, welcoming to all.

Rent includes bills.

Accessibility wise there’s a couple of steps before the entrance, followed by a flight of stairs to access the flat.
