The room will be available from now and is suitable for one person only. It is offered on a minimum 6-month short-let tenancy agreement. Referencing is required, along with a deposit and rent in advance. You’ll need to be employed and able to demonstrate affordability.

Rent includes council tax, water, and fast fibre internet. The tenant contributes one-third of electricity and gas.

This is a flat share, but the room advertised is a spacious ensuite with its own private kitchenette, giving you privacy and independence. It’s ideal for a single professional or student. The room is furnished with a double (or single) bed that can be arranged to create more space, and there is storage under the bed. Unfortunately, couples cannot be accommodated.

The flat is owner-occupied and houses a maximum of three people, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable environment. You’ll also have access to a shared washing machine.

The property is just 10 minutes from Leytonstone Underground Station (Central Line), making it easy to reach central London. The studio is kept to high standards, and bed linen and towels are provided for convenience.

The kitchenette includes a microwave with grill, induction hob, sink, mini fridge, and essential cookware — everything you need for simple, comfortable living. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and other amenities are all within walking distance. Street parking is available with a council permit (not included).

Smoking and pets are not permitted. No additional furniture or storage space can be added.
