Double room in friendly home with sauna and dog

We have a medium double room available in a friendly home and are looking for someone, preferably a woman but open to all - aged 25+ (open to couples too) who wants to live somewhere that feels like a home rather than a typical house share.

The Room
Medium double room overlooking the garden, furnished with:
• Double bed
• Wardrobe and clothing rails
• Desk (great if you work from home)

The House
The house has plenty of space to relax and not feel on top of each other, including:
• Large cosy living room with comfy sofas / tv and lots of plants
• Big kitchen / living space
• Fully stocked kitchen (all pots, pans, plates, mugs, glassware etc.)
• Newly done garden filled with colourful plants
• Sauna in the garden- oh yeah, sauna use included in bills!
• Friendly road with lovely neighbours

• washing machine

Who You’ll Live With
You’ll be living with me (32, live-in landlord – promise I’m sound!) and one male housemate (30).
There is also Jambo, a very sweet 12-year-old small dog. He’s very friendly but does occasionally enjoy a good bark.

A small note about the house
I’m launching a massage business from home and have converted the smaller living room into a treatment room. My aim is to see 2–3 clients per day, so there will be a few hours during the day where I ask for general quietness while sessions are happening.

The house still has a large living room and kitchen space available as normal.

Costs
Rent: £750 per month
Bills: £130 per month (gas, electric, water, WiFi, council tax, TV licence) but please note we pay the gas / electric on a PAYG so sometimes over winter, this can go up by £10-£20 each if we run out early!

The vibe
This is ideal for someone who wants a friendly, relaxed home environment, not a party house. Everyone has their own lives but is happy to chat in the kitchen or watch something together now and then.
