Double room in Maryland

We've got a room available in our 3-bed house in Stratford, sharing with two lovely girls in their mid-20s who are sociable but also enjoy downtime. The house has a huge garden (perfect for BBqs and chilling in the summer) and the location is ideal- super easy to get into central, plus only a short walk to Hackney Wick.
- 8 min to Maryland Station (Elizabeth Line)
- 17 min to Stratford Station
- 15 min walk to Leyton Station (Central line- night tube)
- In terms of shopping, Asda and Lidl are both within a 15 minute walk

The room itself gets lots of natural light and stays nice and cosy in the winter, it comes furnished with the wooden wardrobe seen in the pictures and a double bed with mattress, there is also space outside the room for other storage should you need it (as seen in the picture).
Rent is £850/month + bills (around £120) + deposit (£1009)

Who we are looking for:
Someone friendly, respectful, and easygoing who's happy to keep the house clean and tidy (nothing crazy, just the basics). We want someone who's up for the occasional chit chat, drink or hangout, but also values their own space and downtime. Ideally mid-20s.
