Single room in friendly, multicultural Leyton

The room

Hey there!
​We’ve got a room coming up in our lovely terraced house in Leyton, and we’re looking for a quiet, working professional to join us.

​The Housemates & Vibe

​You’ll be sharing with a friendly, laid-back group of professionals (we’re a mix of Taiwanese, Italian, and Polish). We all work during the week, so the house is generally a calm, peaceful place to wind down. We aren’t a party house, but we definitely enjoy catching up, having a chat, and socializing from time to time over a drink or dinner.

​We also have a very important fourth housemate: a small, incredibly quiet, friendly, and clean dog. If you love dogs, you’ll fit right in!

​The House & Your Room

​The Room: It’s a comfortable room featuring great built-in wardrobes, so you'll have plenty of storage. Please note: The room does not come with a bed (you’ll need to bring your own). The current housemate has a double bed in there right now, so a double definitely fits!

​Shared Spaces: We have a cozy shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

​The Garden: We have a really nice, well-maintained garden out back - perfect for sitting outside with a coffee or a book when the weather behaves.

​The Location (Leyton, E10)

​We are located on a lovely, quiet residential street, but we’re super close to everything you need:
​1-minute walk to the local off-license (perfect for emergency milk or snacks).
​7-minute walk to Leyton Midland Road station (Overground) and a handy Sainsbury’s.

​Who we’re looking for

​We’re looking for a responsible, working professional who appreciates a quiet, clean, and peaceful home environment to come back to after a long day.
