There’s a cellar for all your extra stuff. It’s furnished but more than happy to remove anything from the bedroom if you have your own furniture.
10 min walk to the central line (Leytonstone), 5 mins to Leyton midland station and all the surrounding shops, bars etc. 20 min walk to Victoria line (Walthamstow).
Don’t really want to be a landlord but needs must and I can be super flexible about most things.
