Double-room available in Leyton large sharehouse

Hello!

A double-room will be available from 11th August as our dear Aussie mate Liam is moving back home.

We’re a large 7-bedroom sharehouse in Leyton, between Walthamstow Central station (Victoria line) and Leyton station (Central line), about 20 min walk to either stations. All of us are to some degree involved in music or film, with a fair few musicians living here so you have to be ok with noise, people practicing their instruments, and rehearsals in the living room. There’s also a cat so you have to love animals and not be allergic to cats, or dust in general.

We’re looking for a respectful, honest, sociable, house-trained person with an interest in music who can live here for at least 1 year. Politically left-wing persons preferred!

The room is the biggest in the house, comes furnished, but doesn’t have any external windows, apart from the glassed double-doors facing another internal storage room. Check out the photos for the layout.
