Spacious double room in Leyton 4-bed flat

Hey! We’re looking for one person to join us in our new 4-bedroom flat in Leyton, East London. We’re hoping to find someone who’s not just looking for a room, but also a friendly place to call home

About us:

Jamie – Moving to London from Brisbane. Jamie is a Dance Teacher/Actor who loves performing, cooking, the gym, art, films, theatre, comedy and history. He’s keen to meet new people and would love a house where people actually spend time together.

Amy – A full-time professional working in design and social media management. She’s creative, loves art, music, reading, films, food, theatre, gaming, politics, literature, board games and plants. She’s social but also appreciates a cosy night in, and she’s the kind of person who will happily take care of annoying household jobs (including spiders!).

Alen – I’m Alen 🏳️‍⚧️ I work as a Programme Coordinator at a university and have too many hobbies to keep track of, from music and photography to reading, languages, politics and creative projects. My favourite of them all is going to gigs! I enjoy socialising, exploring new places, and having a good chat, but I also really value having my own space and a relaxed home environment.

We’re a friendly, creative bunch and would love to find someone who wants a nice balance of hanging out together, sharing meals/drinks, watching films, or having a chat, while also respecting each other’s downtime. We’re hoping to create a home where everyone feels comfortable and welcome, rather than just a place where people happen to live.

The available room is the **largest bedroom in the flat** and is available from **15 August**. We need someone to take over the room from then (when rent starts), although move-in dates can be flexible, we’ll likely be moving in between around 20 August and the first week of September.
