With only three occupants in total, the flat offers a calm, comfortable, and uncrowded living environment. It's ideal for someone who values privacy, safety, and a peaceful home over a busy house share.

Previous flatmates stayed for 6–7 years because of the quiet atmosphere—no parties, unnecessary noise, or random visitors. It's also been a great home for students completing Bachelor's, Master's, and PSW studies. We keep things simple: pay rent on time, respect one another, and help keep the flat clean.
