Part-time Mon–Fri double room in LEYTON

Looking for a tidy, easy-going person to take my spare double a few nights a week - ideal if you commute into London and want a comfortable, calm base rather than a full-time room.

The flat is a bright, modern build on a quiet, tree-lined street, overlooking greenery and a little park - you'd never guess you were in the city. Big floor-to-ceiling windows, sun that pours in through the day, a proper balcony to have your morning coffee on, open-plan kitchen/living room. You'll have the main bathroom to yourself, as I have my own en suite.

Your room is a cosy double with lovely light and a leafy outlook. It's still a work in progress on the furnishings side - I'm finishing it off - but it's comfortable, clean and ready for you to lay your head.

The arrangement:

£550 per month, for up to 3 nights a week
Deposit: £550 (one month), due before move-in
Available from the start of the month. Bills included.

About the setup: it's a relaxed, respectful household - I keep things clean and quiet.

Location & transport: LEYTON nearest stations [LEYTON / Central line], with 15 mins into central London. One stop to Stratford with all the key transport links available. Bus routes also closeby. Nearby coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and access to Hackney Marshes.
