Hi girls!! Looking for a flatmate to move into our lovely 2 bed flat in Leyton (east Idn) before 9th September. Rent is £1000 each excluding bills (usually coming to £150 each) and deposit is £1000.
The room and flat are fully furnished, overlooking Leyton football club and is a 10 minute walk to Leyton tube station on the central line! It has an open floor plan lounge and kitchen, has plenty of storage and you will have a family sized bathroom to yourself.
There is also a fun balcony overlooking the pitch!!
• About me: I'm 25 and work full time in the charity sector. I'm mainly in the office but occasionally wth. I love restaurants and pubs, matcha walks, reality TV and fitness. I've got a good balance of being out and about seeing friends but also enjoy a cosy night in binging the latest Netflix series. Looking for like minded mid-20s working girlie who is clean, respectful and is looking to be friends as well as flatmates!
