A double room available in a quiet, friendly flat. The room comes furnished with a double bed(frame and mattress included), white wardrobe and big chest of drawer.

The rent is £850 per month, inclusive of all bills.

The flat is 10 minutes walking from the Central Line station, with 24h tube service on Fridays and Saturdays, making it ideal for communiting and easy access to central London. There is also a bus stop two minutes away, with buses goes directly to Leyton Station(if you want to make it quick), Stratford Station(if you flying from Stansted, the bus is going exactly to the National Express departures), Canning Town, Walthamstow, Chingford.

In two minute walking there is a pharmacy and GP service, gym and post office in the main road. On the main road there are plenty of shops, bars, and grocery stores(Sainsbury Local and Tesco Express). There is also a retail car park which includes B&Q, Poundland, a massive Asda and another gym.

You will be living with one professional guy in a relaxed and welcoming home. There is a dinner table with chairs recently bought in the living room. Everyone has their own routine and space, but there is a friendly atmosphere in the house and occasionally shared dinner or catch up in the kitchen. It would suit someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable home environment.
