Large Double Unfurnished Room in 2 Bed Leyton Flat

My best friend and current flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so looking for a new flatmate!

The Room
The room is a decent sized double that comes unfurnished but does have the built in wardrobe which is great for storage. It’s big enough to have a desk as well if you WFH. You will get your own full bathroom as I have an ensuite!

The Flat
The flat is in a pub conversion, lots of windows, shared garden! We also have a locked shed if you have a bike. Unfortunately the TV will be going

Location
Located just off Lea Bridge Road we are slap bang in the middle of both Walthamstow and Leyton (15/20 min walk) loads of buses. Tesco just down the road, Aldi not to far. Lots of great pubs, wine bars, coffee shops etc

About Me
I’m 33, part-time Office Manager for a tech company and have my own beauty business doing all things lashes and brows! I’m out a lot of the time in the day. Im a social person, but also love a bit of me time either reading my Kindle or binging a show.

What I’m looking for
Looking for someone who has a similar vibe. Got their own thing going on but also open to hang, have a wine, go for a walk or a coffee. Prefer someone who isn’t a full-time remote worker from home. I want it to feel like a home and not just two strangers living together. Unfortunately, it’s not a party house. Most neighbours in the building own their flats and some have kids. All good to have pres but no after parties

Rent: £1000
Bills (WIFI, council tax, gas and leccy): £168 roughly
Water: every 6 months £100 each
