A good sized double room available in a friendly, homely & well-kept 4 bedroom garden terrace house in Leytonstone with a shared living room, modern kitchen, garden and all importantly plenty of toilet facilities and magic washing/drying machines!

House is based in a quiet residential area in Leytonstone just a short walk to either Olympic Park or the terrific Wanstead Flats & Epping Forest...so is great for walking, cycling, running. We are a short walk or 10 min bus route to Leyton (Central) & Stratford (Central, Jubilee Lines, DLR, Overground), Maryland and Leytonstone High Road rail stations.

Current housemates include 3 people (2 male & 1 female) between 29-38 working and studying across retail, charity, arts. It's not a party and ideally looking for someone who is respectful, independent, easy to get on with and wants a similar social vibe.

Rooms come fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, desks, lights etc. The rent is inclusive of all bills including a cleaner, broadband etc (see below).
