A large double in a loft conversion, so it's bright, airy and full of natural light. Your own en-suite shower room, a double wardrobe, a daybed that extends from single to king size, plus big eaves storage for suitcases and bulky stuff.

🛋️ The house
A spacious Edwardian terrace with on-street parking, a big shared living and dining room (perfect for cosy evenings in), a large kitchen you'll enjoy cooking in and a garden. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

🚇 Getting around
Leyton Underground (Central line) is just a 7-minute walk. Olympic Park, Stratford Westfield, Hackney Marshes and Wanstead Flats are all close by, and there's a retail park with an ASDA about 7 mins away. Gym and leisure centres are close by and the corner shop is a couple of minutes' walk away. Good restaurants and speciality coffee places nearby.

👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏾Who we are
Three women working across the charity, education and creative sectors, all 30+. We've lived here for 5 years, so we're after someone who'll stay at least 6 months to a year or more. We love cooking, hosting friends, TV nights (recently we've been watching Celebrity Traitors and Big Brother) and the odd trip to the cinema or a gallery. Sociable but chilled, we respect each other's space. We keep the house clean and tidy. We’re all friendly and we love a good laugh! 😄
