• 1 big double available, with loads of storage
• Separate living room & kitchen
• SO MUCH LIGHT
• Recently redecorated, furnished (should be ok if there's anything you don't want)
• Nice, quiet, good views, bike shed outside
• 5 mins from Francis Road and Leyton Midland Road station, 10 mins from Leyton station, 15 mins from Marshes and Olympic Park
• Loads of gyms, yoga and pilates studios + pubs

I'd love to live somewhere happy, comfortable & safe. Where there's care, respect & good communication. Maybe this becomes the foundation for a deep and enduring friendship - who knows! I'll settle for a chat over a tea / The Traitors / Claire Denis' Beau Travail (delete as appropriate).

Not a party house, but I won't judge you for having a hangover. Sadly, the flat is on the top floor of a 1950s block with no lift, so not the best for people with mobility issues. Ideally you aren't WFH 5 days a week.

I’m Allie, a 34 year old trans dyke. I like to live a life that feels creative and light and full of niceness and meaning, and is well balanced.

I’m a writer, creatively and professionally (in the office 3x p/w). Into yoga, meditation, books, films, and the occasional bit of trash tv. Often at readings, galleries, friends' for dinner, queer events, playing football, etc, but also can be a bit of a cosy gal, too.

I play a little guitar but am mindful of noise, I’m neurodivergent, but can do the dishes, and I’m veggie but also not really (I’m trying my best). I like to keep things pretty clean but I also understand life gets in the way sometimes.

The most important things to me are kindness, openness and consideration.
