Room in huge friendly apartment

We're a new friendly, professional household with two rooms to rent Our large apartment is huge so we don't feel crowded or like we're on top of each other, probably because we work differing hours. 2 bathrooms

We're a friendly positive bunch. Some of us go to gigs together, down to the pub. We made a garden cinema over the summer. It would be great if our new house mate wanted to buy into some of this, but it's far from obligatory. We know how to give each other space.

Bedroom 1 is triple aspect with 3 windows over London. You can see the City as far as the London Eye. Bedroom 2 is a small double; light and warm. They're part furnished with double beds.

The street is really pretty, the area is safe. Time Out keep calling our street the heart of Leyton Village. Easy bus to Hackney
